She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and has over 16 years of experience in UI program support, training, and customer services and more than 7 years of experience working on and managing large-scale program modernization efforts. Heather is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with expertise in process improvement, including using innovative business and technical processes to increase the efficiency and productivity of key methods and tools on IT projects.
