Jennifer is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. She has 24 years of experience in child welfare working for the New Mexico Children, Youth, and Families Department. Having worked in roles from Client Services Agent to Advanced Operations Research Analyst, she has deep knowledge of child welfare business practices and experience in data analysis, testing, training, and quality assurance. Most recently before joining CSG, she worked on New Mexico’s Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) modernization project, with responsibilities including leading quality assurance initiatives, drafting project deliverables including contracts and project management plans, and serving as a liaison between State programs, Federal partners, and contracted vendors.
