Jon Bolen

Jon is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. He has more than 15 years of experience performing criminal justice and criminology research. Jon brings substantial context to healthcare and human services agencies with data-driven quality improvement initiatives informed by data analysis and collection. He previously aided decision-making and prioritization at the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services as an Agency Research Administrator. He has graduate and post-graduate specialized training in statistics, research methodology, behavioral genetics, and structural equation modeling. Jon is credited in several peer reviewed journal articles, agency reports, academic book chapters and has co-authored a book titled, The Neurobiology of Criminal Behavior.
