Joseph Amash
Principal
Joseph is a project manager in CSG’s Program Modernization practice. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting IT system modernization projects for state government agencies, specializing in unemployment insurance projects. Joseph brings extensive experience with business process analysis and reengineering, requirements development, and communication across diverse stakeholder groups. Prior to joining CSG, he served as a Senior Business Analyst for the North Carolina Department of Information Technology, where he directed the Agency’s Business Analyst Program and supported a wide range of IT projects for multiple State agencies. Joseph is a Certified Business Analysis Professional and holds TOGAF and ArchiMate certifications from The Open Group.
