Principal

Julie is a senior project manager in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has over 25 years of experience leading large application development projects and has worked in IT since 1984. Julie’s wide range of expertise includes HIPAA compliance, Medicaid, and integrated eligibility systems, as well as strategic planning, applications development, business rules and business process improvement, and data conversion. Julie has managed MITA 3.0 SS-A projects in New Hampshire, Wisconsin, and Missouri, and has established and led large teams and PMOs in multiple states across all phases of the system development life cycle. Julie is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional.
