Juliet is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support and Child Welfare practice. She has more than 23 years of experience working in child support, including more than 10 years working with child support-related IT systems and software. Juliet’s expertise includes training, requirements gathering and system design, testing, staff management, stakeholder communications, and data collection. Prior to joining CSG, she spent more than four years working on the child support enforcement system modernization projects in South Carolina and Nevada, including conducting training with end users; ensuring application readiness, pilot, and rollout assessments are completed; and leading Joint Application Development and planning sessions and designing and developing new documents and other enhancements.
