Kandace Yearsley

Principal

Kandee is a business and Organizational Change Management (OCM) analyst and subject matter expert in CSG’s Child Support practice. Kandee has more than 20 years of experience in child support and more than 10 years of project management experience in state government. She has experience creating, implementing, and managing child support and welfare eligibility programs and implementing new legislation in state government. Prior to joining CSG, Kandee served for more than 11 years as the IV-D Director for Idaho’s child support program, providing program direction, recommending and implementing program and policy changes, and advancing program development and improvements as a liaison to internal and external partners and contract providers.
