Kenneth is a Business Analyst in CSG’s Child Support and Child Welfare practice. He has over 13 years of experience in child support system projects in New Jersey, South Carolina, Kansas, Delaware, and Oregon. Kenneth most recently performed requirements oversight, testing, and training on the Nevada NVKIDS child support system modernization and assisted the state with federal certification. He has also provided leadership in user acceptance testing, time studies, and requirements documentation.
