Keri Johnson

Principal

Keri is a project manager in CSG’s Child Support, Child Welfare, and Healthcare and Human Services practices. She has more than 25 years of experience working in public healthcare and human services programs and systems, including child support, child welfare, childcare, licensing, Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families. Her areas of expertise include project management, system integration and interoperability, release management, requirements gathering and analysis, functional design, business process modeling, testing, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining CSG, Keri spent 22 years with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services including nine years as an IT business systems analyst for the agency’s IT systems. Keri has supported multiple large scale modernization projects as well as well as smaller-scale projects and ongoing maintenance and operations work. She is well versed in both Agile and Waterfall system development methodologies.
