Laura Galindo

Laura is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with 26 years of experience in a variety of positions relating to the income support (IV-A) and child support (IV-D) Programs. Laura’s experience includes feasibility studies, requirements gathering, RFP development, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Prior to joining CSG, she was the IV-D Division Director for the New Mexico Human Services Department, overseeing operations for the Child Support Enforcement Division and providing direction for the statewide program. She also previously worked as the Deputy Director of the IV-A program and played an integral part of the replacement of New Mexico’s legacy eligibility system.
