Laura is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. She has more than 10 years of experience in the child welfare program. Her expertise includes project management, policy reform, contract development and management, and Title IV-E federal funding. Laura formerly served as a Deputy Director of Programs, Policy, and Legislative Services for the Nebraska Division of Children and Family Services, where she served as the division’s legislative expert, sponsored strategic projects, and helped maximize Title IV-E funding. She has experience as a senior leader in state government and extensive knowledge in developing and implementing child welfare and juvenile justice public policies and engaging lived experts and stakeholders.
