Mark is a business and functional analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. He has more than 23 years of experience working on child support system modernization projects in eight states. Mark has experience performing requirements gathering, facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, training, and executing other Quality Assurance functions. He also has expertise in Office of Child Support Enforcement certification requirements and has broad experience in testing, including creating and executing test scripts and reporting and following up on defects. Mark is currently a Senior Business Analyst in the Project Management Office (PMO) for Nevada’s child support system modernization, supporting JAD sessions, managing requirements and related documentation, and assisting with testing.
