Nanette is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. She has more than 20 years of experience developing and managing several child welfare programs in the State of Nebraska. Nanette has developed child welfare policies, procedures, and regulations to equip staff and stakeholders with a comprehensive understanding of program needs. Her expertise includes program management, strategic planning, team development, training, financial, policy development, contract development, and preparing legislature impact summaries and testimony. Nanette previously worked for the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Children and Family Services as an administrator where she provided outreach and guidance on drafted policies and upheld cross-collaboration efforts with several stakeholders including federal partners, other DHHS divisions, providers and more.
