She is a PMI-Certified Project Management Professional with more than 25 years of experience managing complex IT projects for both the public and private sectors, including providing business process reengineering, Independent Verification and Validation/Quality Assurance (IV&V/QA), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for multiple state Medicaid engagements. Pam’s expertise includes Medicaid eligibility, electronic records management, and risk and issue management, and she has utilized project management methodologies including waterfall, Agile, DevOps, and Lean Six Sigma.
