Pamela has over 20 years in strategic planning of policy, programs, contracts, suppliers, and outcomes in support of overall business objectives. She has managed major healthcare system replacements through the full system development lifecycle, from design to implementation. Pamela has led testing, requirements validation, procurement strategy, risk and change management techniques, and improvement of business processes across multiple MMIS projects.
