Priscilla is a business and functional analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has 12 years of experience in child support across seven states and more than 10 years of experience working on large-scale system implementation projects. Priscilla is an expert on the System Development Life Cycle and has a deep background in Quality Assurance and testing in web-based and mainframe systems, creating and executing test scripts and reporting and following up on defects. She currently serves as a Senior Functional Analyst for the Project Management Office for Nevada’s child support system modernization, supporting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, developing and managing requirements related documentation, and assisting with testing.
