Ramona is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than 20 years of experience assisting clients in planning, procuring, and implementing new systems and program services resulting from federal initiatives including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the USDA Food and Nutrition Service, and the Children’s Bureau. Her expertise includes leading teams through complex project tasks and positions in health and human services agencies for improved program outcomes. Ramona has more than 25 years of experience in IT consulting, with experience including procurement support, risk assessment and management, process improvement, and IV&V.
