Principal

Robert is a project manager in CSG’s Child Support and Program Modernization practices. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 20 years of experience managing and executing large-scale implementation efforts for state government agencies, monitoring, controlling, and communicating program and project activities to all levels within governance structures. Robert has managed unemployment insurance, child support, and motor vehicle IT modernization projects and is an Organizational Change Management (OCM) expert, skilled at assessing change readiness, measuring change, identifying resistance and performance gaps, and developing and implementing corrective actions. Robert spent more than two years as a Project Manager and OCM Manager for the Project Management Office overseeing Nevada’s child support system modernization. He is also a Certified Scrum Master and Prosci Change Management certified professional, and has his Capability Maturity Model Index (CMMI) Associate certification from the CMMI Institute.
