Ryan is a project manager, business analyst and certification lead in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He has more than six years of government operations consulting experience, including Medicaid systems modernization projects in six states, including two Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) projects. His expertise includes requirements management and knowledge of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) certification criteria, including the Medicaid Enterprise Certification Life Cycle (MECL) and the outcomes-based certification process. Ryan also possesses deep expertise with the government procurement process and is a highly skilled technical writer. Ryan recently served as a business analyst providing procurement support for Ohio’s Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Modernization project, supporting the state in requirements development and management, CMS certification, and RFP development and evaluation.
