Senior Principal
Sean is CSG’s Child Welfare Practice Lead with more than 12 years of state consulting experience serving in key management roles overseeing CCWIS, Medicaid, and integrated eligibility system modernization projects. He currently provides oversight for four CSG projects supporting CCWIS implementations, including project management services in Connecticut, Illinois, and New Mexico, and IV&V services in Florida. Sean brings expertise in strategic planning, procurement and contracting, business process analysis, and roadmap development to support state government agencies in achieving their strategic goals. He currently serves in multiple industry leading workgroups including the Private Sector Technology Group and the American Public Human Services Association Emerging Leaders Program.
