Susan is an analyst, project manager, trainer, and subject matter expert writer working across multiple practice areas within CSG. She has worked in the healthcare and human services industry since 1986 and brings expertise of public sector projects and programs including Medicaid, child support, child welfare, and mental health services. Susan’s expertise includes independent verification and validation, Organizational Change Management, risk identification and mitigation, and training. She is a licensed psychologist and also has a law degree, using the combination in roles as a consultant, administrator, and direct service provider.
