Tim Hornig

Principal

Tim is a project manager and analyst in CSG’s Child Support and Motor Vehicle practices. He is a PMI-certified Project management Professional with more than 20 years of experience managing IT projects and leading large, cross-functional project teams. Tim has experience providing independent verification and validation (IV&V), quality assurance, and Project Management to large-scale state government systems modernization projects. He recently spent more than two years as the Project Control Manager for Nevada’s child support enforcement system modernization, managing risks, issues, change and cost management processes for the project. Tim is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and PMI-certified Risk Management Professional.
