Tylor is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He has more than eight years of experience implementing IT solutions in state government programs, including serving as the Vermont Agency of Digital Services’ IT Project Manager prior to joining CSG. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional, IIBA-certified Business Analysis Professional and holds a Scrum certification. In Vermont, Tylor led management projects for the Governor’s Office, Department of Tax, Agency of Digital Services Security, the Department of Labor, and Cannabis Control Board. Tylor’s expertise includes project management, analysis, documentation, technical writing, oral communication and facilitation, and he has utilized project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
