Vickie is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has more than 14 years of experience in child support, including six years working on the Functional Business Team for Nevada’s NVKIDS child support system modernization project. Vickie’s experience spans the entire system development life cycle and includes participating in requirements gathering and contributing to design documentation, managing testing, and contributing to Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) certification documentation and processes. She has expertise across all child support functional areas and is skilled at working with cross-functional teams to design IT solutions that achieve system modernization goals and fulfill program needs.
