Victoria is a business analyst in CSG’s program modernization practice. She has over 20 years of experience supporting large-scale government system modernizations, including requirements gathering and data analysis. Victoria has performed extensive end-to-end system testing including installation, development, functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance. She is an unemployment insurance system expert, having senior analyst roles on state government modernization projects both with the State of Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency and as a consultant.
