Yehia is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. He has more than 15 years of experience on large-scale IT system modernization projects in the private and public sectors. Yehia has effectively led teams and established efficient processes across the system development life cycle on Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid Agile projects, ensuring quality is built into all aspects of the projects. His expertise includes the development and execution of user acceptance test plans, ensuring quality outcomes from system integration testing, planning for and leading system implementations, and developing and delivering end user training. In addition, Yehia is an experienced project manager with a deep understanding of the risks associated with government IT projects and successful strategies for managing these risks.
